The Challenge: How do you turn a standard convention center into a futuristic hub for innovation without losing the warmth of human connection? The client needed a space that felt high-tech but approachable.
The Solution: We developed a "Warm Industrial" concept. Using Vectorworks for precision floor planning, we mapped out a central circular stage to democratize the seating. We then used Cinema 4D to simulate warm, amber lighting against cold steel truss structures.
The result was a space that felt intimate despite seating 500 people. We delivered a full VR walkthrough, allowing the client to "sit" in every seat virtually before approving the fabrication budget.
